How we use your data
This service requires a user account to log in and place orders.
The account details you must provide to create a user account must include an active email address. The email address is used for access by you and administration of the account for us so that we can identify (now, historically or retrospectively from a point in the future) a user placing an order. We may also use the data to communicate directly with a user or users regarding matters relating to the account or operation of the service.
Email addresses are stored on our webserver with encrypted access details and backed up to a secure private location. This data is accessible only to Smart Systems and is neither shared with nor sold to any other person or organisation.
No cookies are used.
